In GRCBase, we collected phenotype, genotype, genes, circRNAs, QTLs and germplasm of crops. In the database, you can find germplasm resources and their related information, such as their sequences, genes, distributions, phenotype as well as bioinformatics tools such as Blast and Jbrowse for searching and visualizing genes and germplasm.
