In the search section, (1) you can search DNA/protein sequence against the sequence in the RiceRelativesGD using your query sequences, (2) you can search RiceRelativesGD with gene ID, GO term, Pfam term or Swissprot term to find specific information you want, (3) you can search weedy rice's specific SNPs with hign/moderate effect.
