The homepage provides detailed information of the OAOB database as well as a brief introduce about OA, omics, molecular biomarker.
You can also access five modules (Statistics、Search、BLAST、JBrowse and About) from the navigation bar. Statistics provides a summary of our collection of OA marker genes; Search and BLAST provide search tools by key words and sequence; JBrowse provides a genomic view of different OA marker genes in the human genome; About provides detailed information about our team, manural and release note.
