1. From Hangzhou (Xiaoshan) International Airport:
Hangzhou (Xiaoshan) International Airport is located 15km north of the city centre. There is airport shuttle bus service to the downtown city. Inquiring Number: (86) 571 85533549, (86) 571 86662539
The conference volunteers will be present at the airport to direct you to the airport shuttle bus station. The bus will take you to the final stop at the CAAC office on Tiyuchang Road (city downtown), at which the conference volunteers will have cars to take you to the conference site (Huanglong Hotel).
The trip from Hangzhou airport to the CAAC office takes about 80 minutes. One way bus ticket fare is RMB 15.
The airport shuttle bus schedule:
From the Hangzhou Airport to the CAAC office on Tiyuchang Road (downtown city): 07:30 to 09:30 every 30 minutes; 09:30 to 17:00 every 15 minutes; 17:00 to 20:00 (not clear) every 30 minutes. The bus stops at Main Railway Station; Merchant Marco Hotel; and the CAAC office.
From the CAAC office to the Hangzhou Airport ??05:30 to 09:00 every 30 minutes; 09:00 to 17:00 every 15 minutes; 17:00 to 20:00 (not clear) every 30 minutes. The bus stops at Zhongshan Hotel; Railway Station; and Hangzhou Airport.
Note: In case that you miss conference pick-up at the CAAC office in downtown, you can take bus NO.28 to Songmuchang bus station,or take taxi (about RMB 10) to the conference site (Huanglong Hotel).

2. From Shanghai (Pudong) International Airport:
The most convenient and fastest way to travel from Shanghai Pudong International Airport to Hangzhou is by the Airport-City Shuttle Bus, operated by Hangzhou Tour Bus (Yellow Dragon).
The conference volunteers will be present at the airport to direct you to the shuttle bus departure place. The departure place is located at Parking lot on the 2nd floor opposite to Gate 15 of Shanghai Pudong International Airport (& Ticket House). The bus will take you to Tour Bus (Yellow Dragon) Center in Hanzhou which is about 1 kilometers to the conference site (Huanglong Hotel). The conference volunteers will have cars to take you to the conference site (Huanglong Hotel).

5. Exchange money: Many ATM machines on the streets in China do not take major international credit cards, such as Visa and Master Card, for withdrawing Chinese currency RMB. However, most ATM machines at the airports do. So the best way to obtain Chinese currency is to use ATM machines at the airports with your credit card.
