1. When and where will the conference be held?
The conferences will be held from 19th to 24th, August 2007 in Dragon Hotel also called Huanglong Hotel at Hangzhou, China.
2. How many contributed papers can I submit?
The conference will accept submission of abstracts from registered participants for oral or poster presentation. Each registered participant, including student registrants, can submit one abstract. Note that an earlier deadline (May 1) will apply if you want to be considered for oral presentation. Participants whose paper is elected for oral presentation will be notified before the conference.
3. Do I need to submit a paper to attend the conference?
No. It is not necessary.
4. How do I qualify for the student registration rate?
Each student must submit a signed documentation of their student status from their advisor. This applies to undergraduate and graduate students.
5. Can I get a receipt for my Registration Fee?
Yes. A receipt will be provided at the conference registration
6. How do I book accommodation in Hangzhou?

7. How do I get to the Conference?

8. Can I get an Official Letter of Invitation?
Yes, please send us the request at ICQG3@zju.edu.cn.
9. Do I need a visa to enter China?
Check with the Chinese Embassy or Consular Office in your country for visa information.
10. How do I receive updated information about the congress?
Register at ICQG3@zju.edu.cn, providing name, e-mail, and postal address.
11. Is the lecture theatre at the campus air conditioned?
Yes. The condition is very good. There is no problem on the air-condition.
12. Are the coffee break out space, dining room, and place for posters air conditioned?
Yes. There is enough space air-conditioned for break, posters and lunch (buffet style).
13. Is there the odd seat in the toilet?
Yes. The toilets is western type and quite good.
14. Is internet access to be provided at the conference venue?
Yes. In the area of conference hall and nearby, there is free WiFi internet connection.Participants can use their notebook with WiFi to connect internet. We will also set several PCs in a computer room for connecting internet.
15. Is there internet access in the Dragon Hotel?
Yes. In the Dragon Hotel there is internet access but need to pay for every-day use, around $5 per day.
16. How will delegates be transported/get from hotel to campus?
The bus is arranged and informaiton will be distributed at the registration.
