Rice 5811 Intron Length Polymorphism (ILP) markers

According to our paper --- Genome-wide investigation of intron length polymorphisms and their potential as molecular markers in Rice ( Oryza sativa L.) , we provide here the rice 5811 ILP markers.

The data are shown in a table for each of the 12 chromosomes. The tables include the marker name, and japonica BAC clones, indica scaffolds, cDNAs, primer pairs, positions on BAC clones, positions on scaffolds, predicted sizes of PCR products (in Nipponbare), and chromosomes.
