About QTXtoGene Rice

QTXtoGene rice is a tool to help researchers determine how genes contribute to rice's phenotype. Here we provide access to a rice phenotype to genotype database, including integarted information on gene annotation, gene-gene network, molecular marker, mutaion phenotype and gene expression. We present results on a study where we use a large set of phenotype and other high throughput data – in textual form – to predict gene annotation. To this end, we use a probability network to connect genes based on different type data connect.
