Research Interests

 

 

My research interests are generally in plant genomics, bioinformatics, crop genetics and breeding. Current researches focus on (1) Evolutionary genomics of cereals; (2) Molecular diversity analysis of domestication or phenotype-candidate genes; (3) Approaches to bridge the gap between genomics and applied crop improvement.
