Icarus Class: SrsDb

Description of the entire system. This includes everything! For example, a list of groups, their libraries, etc.. Not everything should be defined by the user, in fact most objects are added to the srsdb object during an srssection.

In bioScout 2.0, XML definitions of workFlows is sent to srs for registration at the very beginning. When a workflow is registered it is appended to this list and become availabele for further use. Normally, admin user probbaly send the workflow definitions and most users are be able to use the defined workflows.
