PlantscRNAdb is a database for plant single-cell RNA analysis, which includes fifteen species (Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, Solanum lycopersicum, Zea mays, Fragaria vesca, Populus, Nicotiana attenuata, Lemna minuta, Brassica rapa, Manihot esculenta, Medicago truncatula, Nepeta tenuifolia, Gossypium hirsutum, Glycine max, Phalaenopsis aphrodite).
