QTLNetWork 1.0 is designed for the QTL mapping software QTLMapper from version 1.0 to 2.0. It can analyze the QTL mapping result for DH, RILs, F₂ or immortalized F₂ population. This software is programmed by Jian Yang and Jun Zhu. And it is freely available to users from the authors.
